Cancellations are generally not supported after order confirmation, especially for custom products. Returns and refunds are only accepted for quality-related issues. Please contact our sales team for specific refund policies.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by transportation (you can claim from the express company), human factors, accident, misuse or fair tear and wear of the product, unauthorized alternation to or change of parts or components of the product, or act of God.

Upon receiving the goods, please carefully inspect the shoes for any signs of sole breakage, detachment, damage, significant color difference, or severe stains. If any issues are found, please contact our sales team for exchange or return service (customer bears the shipping cost).

Please note that the glue odor of the shoes is considered a normal phenomenon and is not covered by the warranty. Ventilating and airing out the shoes would be helpful.

No warranty is offered for products which have gone beyond the period of warranty.
