Apart from the retractable banner stands, where graphic replacement requires professional tools and experienced workers, we do not recommend self-replacement of graphics. For other reusable displays, the graphics are mostly designed to be easily replaceable. Simply replace the graphic covering the frame, and your portable display is ready to showcase new promotional content for your brand at any time. That would help to save a lot!

In the event of compatibility issues arising from graphics not fitting frames purchased elsewhere, we feel regret that we do not facilitate returns.

Ordering Process

1. Choose the graphic type you prefer

Determine product type, quantity, packaging, delivery time, etc.

2. Confirm your artwork

Download or contact us to get the graphic template, and design your artwork based on that requirements (All the text need to be outlined). Upload the artwork when you submit your order online or send it directly to us via email. We normally answer you in 2-3 business days to confirm your design ready for the production.

3. Order

After confirming your artwork, we will submit your order to the relevant department and arrange the production.

4. Delivery

After finishing the production, we will choose a quality transportation company to deliver the goods. The tracking number is usually provided with the query from the beginning of the shipment, but the specific delivery date is determined by the transportation company.
